Successful applicants will have a Bachelor's degree with a 3.4 GPA or higher with a major in a STEM discipline.

A Flair for Programming

You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to use IT/programming skills to solve real world challenges. Knowledge of an OOPL like Java and an understanding of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript is preferred.

Communication Skills

Our team members are confident in their own ability, and have the communication skills to articulate their knowledge.

Ambition

Can you see the bigger picture? Do you have the drive to realize your own potential? As a team we enthusiastically go the extra mile for our clients, and we will expect you to do the same.

We aim to have a short, simple and effective process. Once we have received your application, we may send you a questionnaire with some supplementary questions. After that, there will normally be a maximum of two face to face interviews normally lasting about an hour. We often make job offers within a month of receiving an initial application – sometimes even faster.
